Marcel Roşca (born 18 October 1943) is a Romanian former sport shooter who competed in the 1964 Summer Olympics, in the 1968 Summer Olympics and in the 1972 Summer Olympics where he was forced to give his place from Olympic team to another fellow, a rumanian greater officer.〔(【引用サイトリンク】url=http://www.sports-reference.com/olympics/athletes/ro/marcel-rosca-1.html )
He has also worked with the team in the 25-meter rapid fire pistol at the 1965 gold medal won at the European Championships in Bucharest, the silver medals at the Wiesbaden World Championships in 1966 and at the 1970 World Championships in Phoenix, USA and the bronze medals at the 1974 World Championships in the Switzerland. He won the silver medals individually mushrooms European Championships in 1969 in Plzen.

In 1968, Roşca graduated from the Theatrical Arts Academy, but did not become an actor.
